Wow this footage is really dope, shows a young Kanye via 1998 rocking the mic for what appears to be some local cable show. Forward to the 35 second mark to see a young Kanye perform. The video is actually a mixtape trailer for Cap 1 new mixtape, but the old footage is awesome peep below.
